All Performance camps are subject to a full refund minus the 3% credit card transaction fee or 100% camp credit if the camp is canceled more than 30 days prior to the start of the camp.

If a camp is canceled within 14-30 days of the camp start, camp attendees are subject to a 50% refund or 100% camp credit within the same season.

If a camp is canceled within 13 days of the camp start, camp attendees are subject to a 0% refund or 100% camp credit within the same season +$100 administrative fee.

Please note that if we have less than 3 people registered for a camp, we will cancel the camp, and a full refund will be administered to camp attendees.

We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance. We cannot make exceptions to this policy for any reason excluding personal emergencies, unexpected events, or terrorism.

We recommend you do not pay for transportation or lodging until the camp is confirmed.
